Android devices must have the Google Assistant app to use this new tool. WhatsApp calling can be done by activating Google Assistant by saying ‘OK Google’ or ‘Hey Google’. It can also be used by manually clicking on the Home button.
Calling can be done by giving this command
After activating Google Assistant on your device, it can be used by giving the command ‘Make a WhatsApp call to (contact name)’ or ‘Call (contact name) on WhatsApp’. Similarly for video calling you to have to give the command ‘Make a WhatsApp Video Call to (Contact Name)’ or Video Call (Contact Name) on WhatsApp’.
